The early weeks and months of life are a time of rapid growth and adjustment for both baby and parent. Gentle, responsive touch can help make this transition more comfortable.

Infant massage is a therapeutic yet nurturing way to support your baby’s developing body. It can help ease tension from birth, support feeding and digestion, calm the nervous system, and encourage healthy movement patterns.

Many families find it especially helpful for reflux, colic, feeding challenges, tongue tie release, and body tension.

Sessions are guided by your baby’s comfort, using techniques to promote relaxation, alignment, and connection.

Pregnancy, feeding, and the transition into parenthood can come with a lot of questions, adjustments, and unexpected challenges. In addition to prenatal and postpartum bodywork, we also offer lactation and feeding support through Karla, IBCLC of Be With Baby.

Karla provides compassionate, individualized guidance for mothers and babies, helping families feel more supported and confident through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the early stages of feeding and adjustment.
