A DIFFERENT APPROACH
How we move matters.
Chronic pain and tension are often the result of deeper patterns within the body, especially those related to posture, movement habits, and past injuries.

When these patterns aren’t addressed, the body continues to compensate, leading to ongoing discomfort and movement dysfunction.

By combining Massage Therapy with corrective movement, this treatment addresses both the restrictive, pain-inducing tension in the body, and the movement dysfunctions that lead to that tension in the first place.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
Have been dealing with chronic pain or past injuries
Notice certain movements feel restricted, inefficient, or uncomfortable
Want a more targeted, results-focused approach
Are looking for long-term change, not just temporary relief
WHY CHOOSE THIS TREATMENT?
It's all about YOUR body
This approach integrates Massage Therapy with Functional Patterns movement principles to address how your body holds tension and supports itself dynamically during movement.

Unlike traditional 'treatment plans' and rehab 'protocols', it works to identify YOUR specific restrictions, postural imbalances, and patterns of movement dysfunction that contribute to chronic pain.
Each time you step into the clinic, we will work with how your body is presenting that day taking into account any discomfort or mobility issues, and how it is adapting to the previous sessions, helping you move forward at the optimal rate of improvement.

Matt Antonello
Matt specializes in Functional movement and posture, combining hands-on treatment with movement-based correction. As a Human Biomechanics Specialist trained in Functional Patterns, he focuses on posture and movement patterns that contribute to pain and dysfunction, helping clients improve how their body moves and performs over time.
FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS
Training the way your body was designed to move
Functional Patterns is physics applied to the human body. The focus is on building competency in the most fundamental movement patterns - Standing, walking, running and throwing (The First Four) in order to gain the most practical movement variability.
The goal is not only postural correction and pain reduction, but also increased athleticism, fitness, weight loss and muscle gain.
