HOW IT WORKS

How to Set Up Direct Billing

  1. Add Your Details: Input your extended health benefits information securely through your intake form on our Jane app booking portal prior to your arrival.

  2. Bring Your Card: Bring your current insurance card and a valid photo ID to your initial appointment so we can verify your coverage.

  3. We Submit for You: At the conclusion of your treatment, our team submits the claim directly to your provider on your behalf.

  4. Pay the Balance: You only pay the remaining co-pay or deductible amount not covered by your policy.

THE FINEPRINT

Important Billing Policies

  • Doctor's Notes: While our clinic does not require a medical prescription to treat you, some specific extended healthcare plans require a doctor's note on file for the claim to be successfully processed. We recommend checking your policy details beforehand.

  • Secondary Coverage: We bill your primary insurance policy directly. If you have dual coverage (secondary insurance), we will provide you with the official breakthrough receipt at checkout so you can manually submit the remaining balance to your secondary provider.

  • Failed Submissions: In the rare event that an insurance portal is down for maintenance or a claim is unexpectedly denied at the time of checkout, the patient is ultimately responsible for covering the full cost of the treatment at the time of service.

  • Missed or Late-Cancelled Appointments: Please note that we are strictly unable to direct bill insurance providers for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. If a session is missed or late-cancelled, the patient is directly responsible for the clinic's standard cancellation fee, and an official receipt will be issued upon payment for your manual records.
